Fitness

So going to have a fitness home page and other pages linked to it and will mention on specific blog posts if there is something new of interest on the fitness homepage.  The monthly workout challenges, and smaller HIIT workouts will probably always be posted as blog posts, while I dedicated this portion solely to beachbody workouts.

So this is the page that I’m going to list all the different Beachbody programs that I am going to actually finish—some may be heavily modified (depending on the difficulty of certain routines), but they will all get finished at some point over the next few years.

So some may have the question—what is beachbody?

Beachbody is a company based in California, that is dedicated to helping end the epidemic of obesity in the US and select other countries (unless you are in the military (or your spouse is) and then they’ll ship to where ever you are stationed). Basically they offer a wide array of workout programs, and Shakeology. Shakeology is a meal replacement shake that is made with the finest ingredients and comes in both vegan and non-vegan flavors.
